Sometimes my favorite part of Church is leaving a stuffy classroom and going for a walk outside. It's easier to connect with God when surrounded by His beautiful creations, such as gold and orange fall leaves. That was today.
During the first few minutes of Sunday School, a Primary worker brought Emme to me so I could change her diaper. Emme screamed so loudly and shed so many tears while I changed her that I'm sure those in the hallway outside the bathroom now think me a terribly abusive parent. (The girl has a healthy set of lungs!)
I took her outside afterward so she could calm down. The weather was so nice that I stayed out there with her until Sacrament meeting started.
