Last Wednesday Sammy showed forth extreme courage and in a feat of commendable selflessness, he donated blood at our Stake's Red Cross Blood Drive.
They needed more volunteers and even though both of us are scared of needles and he's never done it before he sacrificed his time, comfort, and blood all in the name of the greater good. (Plus he got a ton of cookies and juice afterward). I think it will take a bit longer for Missy to sum up the courage to give blood but knowing Sammy helps.
We're so proud of you daddy!
